Roco Ramen X Sake in New South Wales

"We enjoyed a really lovely dinner at Roco Ramen & Sake. We shared ramen, mulloway (dew fish) skewers and local squid, all beautifully cooked and thoughtfully presented. The ramen was rich and comforting, with a perfectly soft egg and a lovely balance of flavours. The squid was a real standout, tender, fresh and full of flavour. The space feels calm and welcoming, with thoughtful little details and genuinely warm, attentive service. A place to slow down and enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back."

"Very good Japanese food. The tuna starter was a complete knock out. Mushroom and fish starters also good. There is a vegetarian ramen, which is very tasty, and a meaty one too. Plus a good selection of drinks including sake. Highly recommended!"

"Roco Ramen has easily been on of the best dining experiences i've had. The space is energetic, comforting and welcoming. The food was so perfect. No critic by any means but the flavours in the dishes were sensational. The cocktails are also so beautifully created and executed. A quick mention for the whole team also; you guys rock. Everyone in FOH was extremely professional, caring and smiley. The kitchen team were hard at work, very amusing to watch. Love to visit again soon! "The servers are friendly and attentive and make the guests feel very comfortable and relaxed. The service is unparalleled in the high-end restaurants. The table setting and cutlery are also good. The interior is well ventilated and does not smell bad even though the kitchen is clearly visible. They play a comfortable and cheerful playlist instead of the typical Japanese restaurant music. The food is much better than expected. The squid is cooked nice softly. It is not too spicy and all the flavours are well balanced with beautiful sauces. The ramen is the best ramen in the Byron shire area with hand-made noodles, fresh broth(not salty but rich), fresh cooked mushrooms, large and soft cha-shu, and a very well-made half-boiled egg. It is the ramen you can taste in Sydney or Melbourne. The sake called sho-chu is fragrant and the serving skills of serving the sake are impressive. It will never ruin your mood if you go on a special day. We had the best dinner. thank you."

"What a delightful dinner I had in this place. Everything was perfect!! Starting with the very friendly and welcoming Staff, we were a table of 7 and a bit chaotic probably, we are foodies and we ordered the whole menu and it was the best choice. Every single dish starting from the oysters were amazing!! The fish wakasa? OMG!!! We did ordered it twice. The whole dinner was very exciting, going through so any different flavors and all of them perfectly balanced. I loved every single dish, No joking, every single one. Chef I'm a fan of your's!! The service is great, it goes along with the food, the staff is super friendly and very attentive, they are always ready to help you with any questions, they helped us with the ordering so we could've try and enjoy all our dishes which we did. They were so patient and guided us through all their sake selection, we tried 3 of them and each of them was fantastic. Let's not forget the cocktails ...all well balanced, amazing. I personally love the location, the big table in the middle is beautiful and it mixes perfectly with the ambience and concept as well as all the rest. I can highly recommend this restaurant, so, do yourself a favor and go to Roco Ramen, is so easy to find it and get there, a lot of parking spots, so no excuses!! You won't regret it. "Great ambiance, super yum mocktails and outstanding food. Every dish was layered with intricate flavour profiles that tantalize your taste buds, and perfectly cooked highlighting both freshness and thoughtful flavor choices, so well balanced. I don't really drink so I'm always interested in standout mocktails, the lemon blossom mocktail was perfectly complex without being overly citrus-y. Dessert was kind of nuts, I've never had a buckwheat ice cream but the combination of that with honey and mango absolutely hit! If you have a chance to try every item on the menu, do it! This is the place for the foodies"
